Welcome to the Maui Kamaole L-201. This oceanview 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been completely remodeled from top to bottom. This unit has 3 private lanais, one off each of the bedrooms, and the other on off the living room. The condo has an incredibly thoughtful & clean beach farm house feel with so many luxurious upgrades throughout. The unit can accommodate 6 people if needed since the TV console in living room has a pull out queen bed. There’s no better place to make your Maui memories.

The layout:

Primary Suite: King size bed, dresser, smart TV with cable, shaded private lanai with seating, window AC unit, and sliding barn doors looking down on living room. En suite bathroom features modern dual sink vanity, beautiful walk in shower, toilet, and plenty of storage.

Second bedroom: This room can be configured to two twin beds or one king bed. Please let us know at the time of booking. It features smart TV, dresser, AC window unit, and private lanai.

Second bathroom: Tub/shower combo, toilet, single sink vanity, and plenty of storage.

Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining table for 6 people with beautiful custom blown glass chandelier, large Smart TV with cable, entertainment center with full size pull out murphy bed, sofa, and two chairs(one reclining). There is also beach gear for your use in the storage closest under stair case near kitchen.

Lanai: Dining table for 6 people with retractable awning.

Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials starter kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.

No parking or resort fees. We do have a $50 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.

The Maui Kamaole complex offers lush grounds with walking paths, 2 tennis courts, 2 pools with jacuzzis, and BBQ areas. Watch the sunrise or sunsets from this gorgeous unit. The condo also has one designated parking space right outside the unit and ample visitor parking.

Prime South Kihei location across the street Kamaole III Beach and the Kihei boat ramp which has a small beach with a favorite sea turtle nesting spot.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.

Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
