The layout:
Bedroom: King size bed with new premium linens, TV with cable, closet, sitting chair, and ceiling fan.
Bathroom: Walk in shower, premium towels, toilet, and single vanity sink with storage.
Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped & remodeled kitchen, dining table, TV with cable, sofa sleeper, & sitting chair. In unit washer/dryer & we supply pods and fabric sheets. Beach gear is available for your use which consists of chairs, umbrella, and cooler only. AC unit is in the living room only but we do have ceiling fans in every room, and the unit is shaded most the day with that beautiful west maui breeze.
Lanai: Dining table for 4 people.
Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.
This direct ocean front complex offers amazing snorkeling in the protected reef. You are just minutes(by foot) away from Farmer’s market, shops, dining, beach parks, and more.
No booking or resort fees. We do have a $50 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.
PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.
Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected.
