Common area: Remodeled equipped fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with cable, TV console murphy bed with comfortable mattress, split AC, ceiling fan, dining table for 4, and sitting chairs. There is beach gear consisting of beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler(NO snorkel gear). 

Lanai: Lanai set for two with table with partial ocean view. 

The resort has a coin laundry room .

Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials "starter" kit. This is already in the condo waiting for you and includes laundry, 16oz luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra essentials. We provide much more than most hosts on the island. 

There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well. 

No parking or resort fees. We have a $60 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.

Nani Kai Hale features direct beach access, pool, BBQ area, lounge seats by ocean, elevators, and free onsite parking. 

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests.  Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Our units are cleaned with care and inspected.
