The layout:
Bedroom: Queen size bed, ceiling fan, nightstands with usb chargers, window unit AC, and closet space.
Bathroom: This remodeled bathroom and features a custom walk in shower, single vanity sink, fresh towels, and lux organic bath products courtesy of Stay Aloha.
Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a remodeled kitchen , dining table for 4, smart TV with cable, queen sofa sleeper, window unit AC, & ceiling fan. The unit has in unit washer/dryer.
Lanai: Dining table for 4 people with umbrella.
Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials starter kit. This includes laundry, 16 oz luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.
We do have a $60 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.

Walk out of the complex, cross the street and end up at Charley Young Beach. One of the best beaches in south maui that leads to Kamaole I Beach perfect for sunsets, picnics, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, whale watching, and lounging. There are also many dining and shopping options in both directions on Kihei Road. The resort has a swimming pool, BBQ area, tennis courts, elevators, and tropical landscaping with fountains.
PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.
Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
