Primary Loft Suite: Queen bed, dresser, Smart TV with cable, sliding closet, plantation shutters, ceiling fan, and split A/C unit. Ensuite bathroom includes tub/shower combo, single-sink vanity, and ample storage.
Second Bedroom: King bed, dresser, walk-in closet, TV, split A/C unit, & ceiling fan.
Third Bedroom: Two twin beds, TV, closet space, and ceiling fan (no A/C unit).
Second Bathroom: Walk-in shower, toilet, and single-sink vanity with storage.
Laundry Room: In-unit washer/dryer with laundry essentials and counter space for convenience.
Lanai: Private lanai with four chairs, coffee table,  a perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset relaxation.

Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.

North Kihei is perfectly located with easy access to almost everywhere. This specific neighborhood features a 6 mile long sandy beach, dog park, little shops, bakery, shaved ice, and more.
Space
Spacious 3 bedroom Kihei condo right across the street from the beach at a resort with lots of amenities . The Layout: Common area: Open floor plan with beautiful coastal decor. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6 people, large Smart TV with cable, sofa sleeper, and two sitting chairs. There is also beach gear for your use which includes beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler. Primary Suite: King size bed, dresser, smart TV with cable, sliding closet, direct access to lanai, plantation shutters, ceiling fan, and split AC unit. Ensuite bathroom features a large dual head walk in shower, single sink vanity and storage. 2nd Bedroom: King size bed, dresser, walk in closet, TV, split AC unit, plantation shutters, ceiling fan, and direct lanai access. 3rd bedroom: It has a ceiling fan but no split ac unit. This bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV, and closet space. Second bathroom: Tub/shower combo, toilet, single sink vanity, and storage. Laundry room: This condo features in unit washer/dryer, laundry essentials, and counter space. Lanai: Features a loveseat, 2 chairs, coffee table, and the infamous Egg swing to take in those breathtaking views. Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials starter kit. This includes laundry, 16 oz luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well. No parking or resort fees. We do have a $50 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered. Koa Resort is located right across the street from beach access. The resort features one of the largest swimming pools in PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. *We make no guarantee that properties around to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic, or other guests. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this rental or give guest any right to any refund, or rental adjustment.
