The layout:
Bedroom: Queen size bed, ceiling fan, plantation shutters, and closet space. No AC unit bedroom but entire unit will eventually cool with doors shut, living room AC unit and all fans on. There is also an extra tower fan in the closet.
Bathroom: The bathroom has been completely remodeled with new custom walk in shower and single sink vanity.
Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a full kitchen and breakfast bar(3 stools), Smart TV with cable, sofa sleeper couch, window unit AC in living room, ceiling fans throughout, and sitting chairs. New In unit washer/dryer located near the bathroom.
Lanai: Dining table for 4 people and potted plants.
Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials starter kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.
No parking or resort fees. We do have a $50 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.
It’s all about the location…
Walk out of the complex and immediately hit Dolphin Plaza, a local and tourist favorite for little dining and shopping options. Cross the street and end up at Kamaole I Beach Park, a favorite for sunsets, picnics, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, whale watching, and lounging. There are also many dining and shopping options in both directions on Kihei Road.
PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.
Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
