The layout:

Common area: Open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped remodeled kitchen, dining table for 6 people, large Smart TV with cable, central AC, sofa sleeper, and love seat There is also beach gear for your use consisting of beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella. The ocean can be seen from living room perfect for watching our seasonal whales breaching.

Lanai: Ocean view Dining table for 6 people with BBQ, and wet bar.

Primary Suite: Queen size bed, private lanai, dresser, and central AC. En suite bathroom features a tub/shower.

Second bedroom: This room features a queen size bed, dresser, and en suite bathroom.

Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials starter kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.

No resort or parking fees. We do have a $50 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.

The Kaanapali Royal complex offers lush grounds with walking paths, lit tennis courts, Pool area with jacuzzi, and BBQ sitting areas. This complex does not have elevators and therefor not handicap accessible.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.

Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
