Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a full gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and breakfast bar(2 chairs), Smart TV with cable, 1 sitting chair, and a sofa sleeper. This unit has a Brita water filter pitcher and a Bose speaker with Alexa for your convenience and enjoyment. There are also new beach towels for your use.

Lanai: Dining table for 4 people and a 2 person bistro high top table. Beach gear is located in closet outside on the lanai also.

This entire resort does not have AC in any units however you have a constant ocean breeze and fans throughout. There is coin laundry on the first and third floor and we supply detergent and fabric sheets for that. Hale Ono Loa has gone through a massive renovation throughout the entire resort making this a true gem of Honokowai.

Stay Aloha provides all needed essentials for your stay, unless it's a long term stay of multiple weeks. This includes laundry, bath, and kitchen essentials.

There is an elaborate gift basket that includes chips, coffee, water, and chocolate for your enjoyment.

Although there is not useable beach most of the time. There is stair access to drop in water for some fantastic snorkeling. Within walking distance to great shops, dining, and beach parks. Make your Maui memories in this beautiful condo.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.

Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
